As per sec 44AB Turn Over limit is Rs 1Cr...

If opt presumptive taxation u/s 44ad (if eligible business) then Audit not applicable upto 2cr...

in addition to Mr. raja's statement, if 44ad(4) provision applicable to you, then you are required to maintain books and audit
