If GST registration is taken in multiple states. whether turnover to determine eligibility of audit will be calculated on PAN India level or state wise?

PAN India basis turnover is to be considered. Refer section 2(6) along with rule 80.

PAN based Turn Over will be Calculate as PAN India.
