If I am right as per Sec 619(3),C&AG normally require the Statutory Auditor to give a Suplimentary Report on various matters as laid down in C&AG,s letter.
It contains various things about efficiency ratios&comparitive figures for 3 years etc,.
Normally this is prepared by co officials and given to Stat.auditor for onward submission to C&AG.
