Attestation of ca exam form

does any chartered accountant in practice attest our ca exam form if we go to their office directly?? 
if so how much do they charge(if any) ?? if not how can we get attested?? 
i raised this query bcoz i am taking self study..so i dont know any ca...so i am thinking to go their office directly...
plz help me..
