From last few months a person trying to defame other cci members by making fake ID in their name using their pic and details...

Yesterday he made a profile using my name and Pic and started posting vulgar post and comments...

Its my request to all CCI members not to believe anything related to genuine CCI members...

I request to Admin to track his IP address and do make him pay for his deeds...

CCI is a very beautiful place for gaining and sharing knowledge but this person ruing all...

Pls dear members be careful with this person scraps and PMs....

Note: You can check whether the Id is genuine or not by checking his profile from how long his member of CCI...

Agree with Aryan ji and Ganesh babu.....Even I have repeatedly faced such things.....use the scorecard to recognise that person

Furthermore, anyone posting such vulgar comments would obviously not proudly display his/her name...so its obvious that person is defaming others while faking it....

In view of the recent happenings, it might happen that someday there might also be a profile in my name posting such vulgar comments......

since I might not be aware of such things, so frnds, I request you in advance not to believe the same and to pls report such posts to the admin.....

Agree with all the above members comments and observation, as I myself was a victim to such impersonate identity. The admin is aware of such activity and they try to delete such profile promptly. But some evil minds wanna create animosity in a beautiful temple like CCI. I can only urge respected members to apply their mind when they see some dubious activities and report to the admin. Come on let us have the maturity to know who is genuine and who is not, and ignore such obnoxious minds.

Today anybody could be a victim of such online theft of identity, which is a crime as per Info Tech Act.

I hope the Admin ensures that CCI members are well protected, and maintains the professionalism of this forum.

Don't worry such things happen... everyone knows who are you. So take a chill pill.

Admin would surely take appropriate step in time.

YES ADMIN IS INDEED VERY STRICT ON SUCH ISSUES BUT ON AS SOON AS WE COME TO KNOW ABT SUCH THINGS WE MUST FIRST INFORM ADMIN AND ASK TO JUST GET HIS ACCOUNT DELETED AND YES FROM SCORECARD AND THE DATE FROM WHICH HE JOINED BELOW HIS PIC ANY1 CAN FIND OUT THE FAKE PROFILES.

Can any body tell me how to check the fake profile created..? and how to check scorecard of any profile..?

Check below your name the words clearly written scorecard and in your main profile you can see from which date u have joined with the words "since ......."
