Attempting ca final again

1. i am not sure but i feel you are nt required to register again

2.since you have already undergone your articleship,no other training is required,,,i suppose

3Ca exams are held in may nad nov.........not in dec

I am not 100% sure abt it...............better to contact the inst. and get a remedy

It is necessary for you to pay fees for converting to new final course and get the fresh study material and practice manual.

So please approach the institute today and enquire the DD to be made payable to them and get the materials and you can appear for CA final Nov12 or May 13 depending on your preparation.

1.& 2 you dont need to register again. if you dont have the new unique registration no:, you just need to mail to the regional office.

2 if you had completed your articleship earlier you dont need any mandatory training for appearing for Final.

3 you can appear even for the nov 2012 exams

if you need the study material as a whole ie for all the 8 subjects together you need to send a DD of 1100/- if you dont want all of them you can buy them online thru the e-services on ICAI's website.(choose online ordering of publications then Board of studies). could be costlier than the other option but better way since you can buy latest versions  as and when needed.

Rather than discussing it in CCI  you should contact or visit " to ICAI bhawan" as early as possible for a quick and complete solution to your problem....

It is simple.

You have to revalidate your Regn by paying DD (in favour of Secretary) of Rs.500 and sending a letter to the Regional Centre (NIRC, EIRC, WIRC...where applicable)for revalidation.

The above fact was known from ICAI. org from E-sahayta.

The need to revalidate the regn is put on hold. there is no need to do that now. i'm sure about this. somebody i know had sent the amount and institute sent the DD back. guess it was in Feb this year, 

It is better to call at institute numbers in this regard and ask them.they will tell you the all Information .

Dear friend... I know some of my friends who already done that for May 2012 exams.. They said that they got latest study materials too.

And further my  appearences for exam have been 5 times and I contacted through e-sahaytha and sending further nail to Southern Regional Office.

The reply was to revalidate my Regn and send a letter for it.

Better you call BOS for the clearance it you got still doubt.

there has been no further announcement on this issue.

and you are right, a final student can get a new set of SM on paying 1100/

But I was talking abt revalidation by paying a fees of 500/ both are different.
