Once you are eligible to appear in the Examination, your time starts ticking. Don't worry on number of attempts, first have your target to complete your examination at the earliest. Best of luck.

Dear Hrishi,
When do the question of number of attempts is usually asked?
That is when you appear for an interview right? The idea behind asking such a question is, the prospective employer wants to know when you became eligible for writing your examination and how many attempts or how long it took for you to clear it. This process of screeining is employed to a large extent by the Big 4s, to select candidates having the early success rate. In case you filled / not filled the examination form, the attempt gets counted.

Dear Sir,
In order to be eligible to appear in the campus arranged by ICAI, a form is required to be filled which asks for the number of attempts taken. What is to be filled in that form?
Kindly clarify.

For Campus placement, if you have not applied for examination, then it will not be counted.
