Attachments to roi

Is there any document (including TDS,TCS certificate) should be attached to return forms? please answer in reference to circular no.6/2008 dated 18.07.2008 and sec.139(9)

Dear Pranjala

there is no requirement to attach any document with return with reference to notification you have mentioned above.

Hi Tax Pandit THanks for the reply,

my doubt is sec 139(9) specifically requires to attach documents with ROI. If not that should be defective. So how the contraversy be solved? How should we deal that?
