We have incorporated a company in Mumbai and now propose to apply for Certificate of commencement of business by filing e form 20. What are the attachments required other than statement in lieu of prospectus? Is there any stamping requirement? Also whether power of attorney is to be attached? .

attached NOC from Statutory Auditor
Franking need to be done of Rs. 100/- (in Maharashtra)
No power of attorney is required
