One of my friend( 4 th Party) had purchased a immovable property from builder and registration also completed in 2008. After that he came to know that property is under attachment of Income Tax department( 1st Party ). When the first party failed to pay Tax the Tax recovery officer had send attachment order on the said property to the Land Registrar,but due to over site the said registrar failed to see that notice and registered that property in the name of seller. Presently My friend is 4 th party of series.what are the consequenses and please refer any case laws regarding this..........
