Atc certificate for ipcc student..???

CAn any1 tell me i had registered for both ipcc groups and ATC so will i receive any certificate of ATC..??????

Even I want the answer for same.. i have passed IPCC 1 and my 3 year articleship is going to be completed after 8 months , Will i be able to get ATC without passing IPCC 2 ? And i could not find this answer in that link.
