ATC certificate after completion of IPCC 1st group

sir, i was registered in CA-ipcc before 1 year, but not for ATC, i want to know that after completion/clearing first group of ipcc can i get ATC cerificate by requesting the Institute for grant of certificate on the above situation, if yes then what are the formalities to be completed........
