I am a PE II pass student I had applied for ATC by filling the form for the same.Due to network error my form did not generated any pdf file and form hanged in middle.now when i am re filling the form and trying to submitt ,it shows an error that i hav already submitted the form.now i am unable to trace my form..kindly help me to ahead further to get my ATC Certificate.
