i have passed my pcc exam in nov 08 & also completed my training period of 2.5 years. i want to know whether i m elilible for ATC certificate

I dont think you can get ATC certificate, its 1st group of IPCC and you done PCC......
ya once there was a chance to get ATC to those student who complited inter n articleship. notification link is given below
