At if the organtization does give form 10be

i had made some donations to orphanages and gowshalas, i have the payment reciepts of inline transactions, previously thats was enough, but i got to know that from this year form 10be needs to be taken else it would be invalid, now wat do i do if the organization is not giving the form 10be and dilly dallying.
