assignment for getting eligibility

hi friends , please help me .Iam doing pcc. My auditor informed me that we have to write assignments and submit them to institute for getting eligibility to write pcc exam but he told that he know only about pe ii and has no idea about pcc please suggest me whether i have to write assignment or not
