Fixed assets like laptop, computers transfers to branches for the consumption by employees in respective branch located in same state and different states.
Does it attracts GST? I mean whether need of pay and get input credit.

if you send in same state having same GST number no tax liabilities, just send through challan. but transfer to other state attract the tax
while issuing invoice what amount should be considered as transaction value?
