Dear friends,
Which assessment year is applicable for May 2009 final exams in TAX.
I wanted to know the same for November Exams also.
The other thing is, in which is the exams (May or Nov) is the budget presented in February applicable.
Please help at the earliest.

February 2008 Budget will applicable for both the May & Nov 2009 exams
and the assessment year applicable for the above said exams is 2009-10
Finance Act 2008 i.e 2008 Budget

Dear A.Y.2010-11 will be applicable.
and amendments upto 31-10-2008 will be applicable for exams of May 2009.
But plz go through the amendments of Budget also and case laws
