Income Tax payable under Notice on Demand from Income Tax department , When notice is received and found that additional Tax required to be paid , same shall be deposited under " Tax on regular assessment " .
Section 2(40) defined it as assessment under 143(3) or 144
Its relating to notice case !
Scrutiny assessment under section 143 3 is a regular assessment
