Here I have query,
Is there any way to find through online, whether other assessee/specified person filed his ITR or not.
Please let me know if is there any option like..

No there is no such other options, you have to check online on e-filing portal

IT department is going to release a Compliance Check Functionality on ITR portal for Section 206AB & 206CCA which will help in getting the relevant info.

You can get the info by checking on e-filing portal
I think presently you have only one way to know that, it is by asking the person for itr acknowledgement.
