What are the procedures to be followed if an assessee passes away before signing his filed ITR?

getting power of attorney from his legal heir is reqd.
for this on e has to get death certificate and succession certificate.
moreover if there is delay in filing new itr permission from jurisdictional a.o. is reqd.
old itr filed unverified will become invalid due to non verification.

first you can e verify or manually legal hair can sign the itr according to sec 140 of it tax
when a legal representative signs on behalf of deceased assessee, is there any other requjirement in signing? I mean shall he suffix the word 'legal Representative' to the sign? Please clarify
