You need to file the income tax return ,then the deducted tds amount will credited to your bank account.

I have advised from some of the Auditers your govt compengaton amount will be coming under capitalgain tax. then avoid to pay the tax you will purchase the house are capitalgain deposit scheme plz advise him NH 16 road widing compangation amount under coming capitalgain tax? or we have getting tds amount directly can do the clime
