Its notice u/s 61 , the scrutiny of Returns, but its probably issued in regard to Mismatch of 3b with 2A
hence prepare reco statement (3b & 2A) & enclosed original copies of bills not reflected in 2A.
As there is no online form available to submitt , so deposit manually ASMT 11 with with above reco enclosed

contact to your juridictional tax officer with all your original bills & reco statements
yes if you agree that the credit being availed is not available to you , then must deposit the same
