If a party registered in Delhi and taking the material from Haryana to Haryana then which GST is applicble

only igst will apply in both the cases place of supply is applicable if there are two types of bill. In other case like consignor consignee chat and sgst will apply

he is not registered in any state and purchase and use in state not registered then it will be treated as unregistered sale.
