Is RCM on freight charges also suspended upto 31/03/2018

1)Section 9/3 of CGST act  is not  suspended .

2) Section 9/4 of  CGST act has been  suspended  till  31/3/2018 .

If GTA : It's still applicable...

Other Than GTA : It's fully exempted...

I am in trading business

i hav a closing balance of Vat as on 30th june, which is transfer in SGST
and i hav there vat invoices too
but i am confused that how to get CGST benifit

CGST benefit allowed if you have excise invoice.....

Sir there is a option in 7b column of trans 1 deem benifit of cgst by 60 40ratio on vat invoice also
is it true
