The accounting for holding company is one of the toughest i hv ever done.. bit frustrated actually..more than 36 adjustments..each adj requier diffrent approach and the worst part is that all the adjustments are important which sometimes makes a question comprising all of the adjustments in such a way that you will not even knw how the time flees away just like that...a must revision requires jst before examination..try to create notes on each adjstment..and one thing>>APPROACH CA PARVEEN SHARMA for best result...he is the best of all...the one Q that takes you 1 hour, he will make you done in max to max 25 mins...best of luck to all...
