IN AS-21 Consolidated Financial Statement, What is the Meaning of Near Future in Para 11. Is this means one month or two month or any other period

Hey, There is an accounting standard interpretation on this, which says that 'near future' will mean 12 months here.

Near future means a period of twelve months.
