Can anyone please explain the concept of AS 22 in relation to Amalgamation.
I went through standard but I am not able to follow.

AS 22 or AS 14.. I have not read anythin related to Amalgamation in AS 22.. Scope deals with Deferred tax asset and DTL.
and quite difficult to make someone understand a full standard online in words..
if in Specific do ask..

If u have Munish Bhandari book then u can see the problems there

It basically has treatments related to deffered assets and deffered taxes.
Both in nature of merger and purchase
