How to adjust excess loss of minority interest,whether in post acquisition P/L or against Cost of Control a/c?. In AS 21 it is given that it will be adjusted against the Majority Interest but what exactly is majority interest. Please Reply ASAP.

Excess loss shall be born by the holding company and not by the minority shareholders and later on when profit will be there then only excess loss borne by the holding company onbehalf of minority shall be adjusted.
