How to calculate gross value of related party transaction as per AS 18?

If you have paid commission to Related party then the gross amount on which TDS is deducted will be gross value of related party transaction.
For Example,
Commision Rs. 50000/-
TDS Rs.5000/-
Net Paid Rs. 45000/-
Then gross value would be Rs. 50000/- as per AS 18.
