Hi, ours is a start up company (a pvt ltd) with just 20 staff on roll. Is it mandatory to follow AS 15 with regard to Gratuity Calculation which needs to be done by an Actuarial? Can any one help me on this. Kind regards,

Yes AS 15 will be applicable since this AS is applicable for all level of companies whether it is Level I II or III.
However regarding actuarial valuation level 3entities are given exemption and not required for actuarial valuations.
