AS 10 says asset should be recognised when there will be future economic cash flow from asset.
then how will we recognise furniture and fixtures, Air conditioner etc?

The above assets also result in cash flow as sale price includes all cost incurred suc as purchase cost, salary and wages, dep on assets etc
