Dear professionals,

It’s been great pleasure for me to be in this elite professional group,

This site always have been a great help for me, but straight forward I would like to share my dilemma with you, I’m appearing for CA final in Nov’13 and have completed 1 and half year of my articleship. I would like to take transfer from my CA firm. Reason is that CAs in office are old junkie and they even don’t know how to download and attach files while receiving & sending mails, I have a feeling that I’m learning nothing from them except the concurrent audits of Banks. I have been trying my best to please them with whatever assignments they give me to work on, but after all those hard works I get only their scolds and yelling, they shout at me with no reason.

Once I forwarded them application for articleship transfer, but they denied transfer and instead threatened me that they would ruin my career, coz they are known to some high officials in the ICAI.

Consequently, I’m mentally very depressed and collapsing day by day. I’m not able to concentrate on my studies as well as my professional works. And I have decided that I would go to my home city which is Guwahati and continue my remaining articleship.

Can I do so and take transfer??????

Next, regarding your worries for your old junkies CAs' DONT WORRY AT ALL. No person in the whole world can do a thing with your future. Its a dam Old trick they are playing with you. Just threatening you. Thats it. Even if they now Pranab Mukherjee DIRECTLY, no1 can ruin your future. Be emotionally strong and Consult them that u need the transfer. any how.

Its a common scene at any office whrer articles get scolded off no reason. Consider yourself Lucky that u not sent for personal work of CAs' such as electricity bill deposits. Etc.

U have your home in guwahati Like u asid. U wud get a transfer very easily as u hav a LegaL pRooF that Ur Father works Out station so u thus need a transfer. ICAI will permit very easiLy.

So u need to be strong first and fight with them Common u said old junkies they are. no1 can do anything nomatter how much links they have. more than 1lakh students give exams every 6months, i dun think the xam checkers wud have so much xtratime jus to ruin ur future they wud do. . . . . chill out.

and u can do ur reamining articleship where ever u feel like. Delhi or anywhere. but this time consult good amount of search and work

I’m really thankful to you Mr. Parth, for those strong words of your’s, I think I need some time with my family, I have not been to my home for the 2 years.And I’ll take your advice and do take some extra amount of time & search.
