Articleship transfer query

Pls help. I am doing my second year of articleship. I seek for transfer of articleship and send a letter along with the consent letter to the ICAI for granting permission for transfer based on family shifting. I had sent the letter on 15 th september. I didnt get any reply yet. What should i do ? If i dont want to continue my articleship now and want to continue at a later stage, which form should i submit to ICAI ? pls help
