I have a query reagarding articleship transfer.
I'm undergoing my 2nd year of articleship.. The Principal whom I was registered under articles has resigned from office on 31-03-2021..Now I wants to transfer my articles to continuing partner of same office.. but my principal has resigned from office as on 31-03-2021 and i want to transfer my articleship to continuing partner as on 11-08-2021.. since there is a gap period.. do my article period count.. ( the gap is due to covid reasons and i attended the office even during this gap period )
Please guide me regarding the process of transfer of articleship
