CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS' REPUTATION DOES NOT AFFECTED IN ANY WAY IF HE GIVES TRANSFER TO ARTICLE ASSISTANT........ARTICLESHIP IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN CA AND ARTICLE STUDENT. IT CAN BE TERMINATED IF EITHER PARTY IS NOT WILLING TO CONTINUE IT. U CAN WRITE TO ICAI, IF THERE IS A GENUINE NEED OF TAKING A TRANSFER. INDIA HAS BECOME INDEPENDENT MANY YEARS AGO. YOUR BOSS CANNOT REFUSE THE TRANSFER, MY FRIEND.

can the form109 signing date and date from thich termination of articleship taken can be different.......?
can excess leave can be utilised for calculation of 9 months for taking industrial training?
my last date of starting (ie. 9 months started from 12-11-2009).........i have18 extra leaves upto that date.......on 22-12-2009 i want to take termination from 20-11-2009..........is it possible.
can i join for industrial training?????????
