The new rule about articleship transfer has got only few changes as follows :
1. if you marry
2. if your principle dies
now next time the institute makes any changes about the rule it would introduce another rule which would allow the articleship to be terminated on the death of the article trainee but the article has to apply 2 weeks in advance failing which he/she would be banned from appearing for CA examination.
does institute thinks articles are mad. it is but understood that the articleship would get terminated on the death of principle.
I am really frustrated.
