Articleship transfer??

Hello guys, This is Nishi. I am working as an article clerk in a Mediocre CA firm since last 6 months. My principle is very very rude. It is difficult for me to spend 6 hours there. He scolds badly on small mistakes,insults me, taunts me. Whenever i back answer he says... Bahut log hai articleship wale.. Itni problem ho toh transfer le lo.. Even in front of clients he simply has no manners. I am not saying i am 100% correct. Surely there are times when i an wrong, when i am wrong it feels so so bad. The way he speaks is just so cheap. Presently I am in Ipcc group 2. This is surely affecting my studies too. Should I take transfer? Plz reply
