Articleship termination

I had worked under first principal for around 8 months before taking transfer to Chennai. I had taken 43 days of leaves on those 8 months which was 11 days more than proportionate eligible leave.

Now, I have completed my 3 years of articleship and my  leaves are well below maximum leaves allowed cummulatively along with first Principal.

So, my query is, do I have to serve the extension period of 11 days although I have not taken the total leaves more than 140 days?
