YES ITS SAME AS TERMINATION,NOW THE ARTICLE HAS TO FILL EITHER FORM 110 OR 111(DEPENDING UPON THE SITUATION),
WHICH R AVAILABLE ON THE INSTITUTE'S WEBSITE ( STUDENTS>FORMS)
