I am working for an MNC and it is not possible for me to attend articleship. So if I can get done with final exam and then appear for articleship. It will be helpful. |

You are required to do articleship for the complete period of 3 or 3.5 years, as the case maybe. If you are eligible for appearing in final exam, then you may terminate your articles, give the exam, if you pass (if you don't want to waste your time doing articleship if you are doubtful about your passing), then you can re-join (same firm or some other) and complete your articleship, or you might simply take leave for preparation.
I would not suggest you to opt for dummy option, as, if you are caught, some part or even whole of your articleship period maybe be de-recognised. Now don't do it only for the fear of getting of caught, but's it's unethical, against the rules, against the essence of the course, it's cheating other honest students who do their articleship properly: take the pain, take the trouble.
By the way, it gives you an opportunity to understand the problems and the people at low level of the hierarchy, will help you avoid a lot of menace when you become a CA.
If doing articleship is a problem for you, I suggest you to take up some other course. It's your way or the highway!
