SORRY TO SAY BRO.YOU CAN NOT START YOUR ARTICLESHIP UNLESS YOU CLEAR BOTH THE PE2 GROUPS.ITS VERY SAD AND VERY TIME CONSUMING AS IF WE FAIL TO CALEAR THE EXAM OUR FINAL ATTEMPT IS DELAYED BY 6 MONTHS.....CALCULATING THE LOSS
AN AVERAGE CA EARNS 30000 /MONTH.AS WE FAIL IN PE2 FINAL ATTEMPT IS DELAYED BY 6 MONTHS...THE OPPORTUNITY COST OF THE SAME WOULD BE 30000*6=1,80,000
SO KEEP STUDYING HARD
BEST OF LUCK

convert to PCC then you will be able to start articleship. because under PCC system training can be started after doing CPT. so convert it to PCC. as much i think converting to IPCC means you won't get benefit of group you have cleared. but if you convert to PCC you need not to appear in that group.
also check wheather converting to PCC is available or not because PCC system is closed.
