11 March 2012i am confused b/w 2 aspects.......:
having option of good reputed ca firm but not having holidays
OR
medium size firm but having holidays............
and i also want to know that is it a matter from where articleship is done or not CA is CA........
and what the time span wants ca final if i do continous study

well if u want to go for practice, then a mediocre firm is better. bcoz there u are trained in almost all the feilds.
but if job is what you want to go for,then a brand name would help u alot. then the companies would shortlist you on seeing the name of your firm.
rest depends on you.you have to decide whether you can manage both the things simultaneously.if yes,then go for the top firms.
