It was not a rumour but a big joke to the student of PCC.
VERY SAD AND VERY BAD
They should hav done it much before wen IPCC was introduced. Both amendments should hav been brought simultaneously. I think most of the PCC students are at the completion stage of their articleship. ICAI always wakes up at the eleventh hour.
Nevertheless, any such decision would be beneficial to students....
