Articleship or slavery??

Is this articleship or slavery or employment?? If articleship is with intetion to learn things practically then teach us relevant things and not to bring tea for client or to clean your table or send us to do your personal works... If its slavery then why you have given name of training? If its employment then pay us what we deserve... They tell us to stay till 9 and finish up all work n go,, they call us by morning 9 we have no other option... as per institute an articled assistant should work min 35 hrs n max 45hrs a week.. but they employ us for 54 or more a week.. whom and how does it matter?? If we call ICAI there is none to listen us.. huh frgt about complaints they dont even care about procedural or registeration related problems.. Many student come up with their goal, hopes, dreams they struggle they suffer and brave one reach it... but what about low class family student? they come in city for articleship spending money though they dont have it.. and institute standard pay is 2000 in first year.. Its common sense that monthly minimum expenses of a person is Rs 5000 in any city... and they cant even think of taking coaching... I have seen a student who skip one time food to reduce their expenses... Does it mean low class family shouldnt come in CA profession??....
