Raise your query to ICAI E-sahaayata in below link with all necessary details. They will inform you the status in 2-3days:
i too registered on same date.... but i got all the details as well as card.
Do one thing search Neelam Mann ICAI and talk to her on phone regardign this, she is very helpful indeed. Also shoot a mail to article section person.. they revert instantly..
donot forget to mention ur Registration number.

You just mark a mail in E-Shahayta, or you can personly go to concened ICAI office, they will isssue you duplicate copy.
