Articleship leaves for the purpose of transfer in third year

can anyone guide me through the calculation of leaves for the purpose of filing form 109
if so please read the following query

I have taken 48 days of leaves for the purpose of writing exams
so will these leaves be included in calculation of total leaves for filing form 109
