I had taken 3 months excess leave during my articles
and
my articles completing date is june 15th 2020
so as per icai when I need to submit my complete certificate
with 30 days of June 15
or any other days
plz say friends.

3yrs from the date of registration date, you have to submit form with your actual leave taken , within minutes you will get calculation of excess leave taken and, new form 103 for that excess period repeat the process of 103 again and file 108 after that excess period lapse,
OR
I suggest not to show excess leave in form 108 with concern of your principle and do extension off the record.
