MBA degree wont matter much in BIG 4. you will get enough opportunities to show your talent. and in the interview you can disclose the fact of the MBA

of course your MBA from JBIMS will give you a definite advantage over other non graduate applicants. The will give weightage to that during the interview process. And they will see your qualification from the resume you have submitted. Cheers!!

There is no specific time to apply for articleship. Before or after exams, start of the year maybe likely the right time. What matters most is u have references or approach from that specific firms clients or senior employees/partner .It does not matter if u are a transfer case. Once you get a call from a big4 firm u have to be prepared in basics of ipcc particularly tax , accounts, and audit and general questions like telling them about urself, why u chose the firm, what area u want to work in and why, where do u see urself in3-5 years etc. Smartness and communication skills will prove to be ur most important asset.

I think that your MBA will definitely be a big advantage as compared to other candidates. Wish you all the best for your selection.
