At bigger CA firms one would have predetermined set of practices/procedures to be followed. More or less for every nature of work one will have a checklist ready.

However when it comes to a smaller firm, one may have to read and prepare our own checklists depending upon the nature of work. Also interactions with the clients is possible here. That way one can actually learn better and understand why a set of procedure/method is required rather than just following a checklist blindly.

Helped me atleast, being articles done at a mid firm.

yeh sach baat hai ki kisi bhi small firm me koi bhi article kuch bhi nahi sikh sakta. maine 3years 6months ka articleship ka tranning complite ki hai par mere principle ne mujhe kuch nahi sikhaya. i m not alone in my office at that time we r 4 articles in that office and everyones situation is same.i.e. knowledge about the work is nilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

i advice to all my friends plz try in big or mideum firm.:):)
